Sycamore Canyon Winter Solitude

I loved the quiet beauty of Winter as we walked along the Sycamore Canyon Trail in BVS. Most of the trees had given up their leaves so that their roots could grow stronger in preparation for Spring. Quiet reflection is good for the human spirit as well, so that our inner selves can be strengthened.
